2 Years 6 Months- Received a daily task with the knowledge of the job and as a crew, we were able to grab the correct tools and complete the job without being personally directed by a superior.
- managed to troubleshoot any problems we had on the road while doing jobs because stuff will always break or not go to plan
- performed general maintenance on bridges like replacing joints, deck patching, replacing guard rail, replacing rivets, replacing sidewalk boards, and washing bridges throughout the winter
