- Most of my drilling experience has been in Colorado and Wyoming.
- I have drilled with oil based mud and water based mud and understand the challenges presented by both.
- I have drilled using air and using the MPD system.
- All of my drilling experience has been on cyber/joystick rigs.
- During my 6 years as a driller I have not had a single accident or injury, which I am very proud of.
- I understand the importance of communication.
- I have also drilled in Saudi Arabia.
- While drilling in Saudi Arabia, most of the men did not speak english, and I did not speak Arabic, so communication was very difficult to say the least! I am the supervisor of a crew and watch out for their safety.
- I have been able to bring a new Flex 5 rig out of the yard and have been able to learn how to watch for down hole problems on new equipment.
- I am responsible for keeping the rig clean and in good working order.
- I have to make sure that there is communication with everyone on location to avoid any accidents or incidents.
