- Responded to support requests from end-users and patiently walked individuals through basic troubleshooting tasks.
- Performed troubleshooting and repaired peripheral devices such as printers, and scanners.
- Patched software and installed new versions to eliminate security problems and protect data.
- Collaborated with vendors to locate replacement components and resolve advanced problems.
- Use remote software to remote into users PC's to diagnose and repair issues
