Justin Juhl

Summary: Supports 3M IATD BT&CS with product testing including R&D, specializing in industry standardized testing methods and equipment. My testing group supports around 20 different engineers and many different products.

• Team Leadership: I have the most testing experience among pace technicians in our group. I have already trained in 3 new technicians, and am looked at by my 3M customers as the pace team lead.
• Organizing: I have taken on the responsibility of organizing new test requests that we are assigned. This often entails assigning the other technicians to parts of the testing that match their experience level, as well as scheduling testing days and equipment usage.
• Communication: I have daily communication with test requestors and other technicians to ensure we are getting everything done as correctly as possible, and oftentimes I take the lead in communications with the engineers.

Summary: A wholesale warehouse environment. I am part of the operations staff, our duties are to use our expertise in equipment operation to assist customers.

• Management: Experience taking charge of yard operations, which consists of using heavy machinery to load customers with orders. Oftentimes we are backed up with many customers waiting and so problems have to be solved quickly and safely.
• Team Leadership: I am looked on to lead new hires, including showing them best practices for operating equipment and pulling orders.
• Communication: Oftentimes have to keep track of many customer orders over several days or even weeks, therefore continuous communication with both the sales team and other operators is key to avoid errors.
