CNC Programmer and Operator

- Program mill and lathe parts using Mastercam X5 and verify existing programs for each order
- Set-up and check the first part to print through multiple operations with certified measuring equipment
- Train new employees to set up and run lathes and mills with specialized training aid documents
- Modify and customize the post processor to optimize post processing time
- Create Go/No-Go gauges for inspection on long run jobs
- Assist in quoting by assessing material, tools, and time required for the job
- Coordinate team to determine optimal efficiency in production, ordering, and purchasing
- Shipping and receiving, including utilizing forklift, deliveries, and packing
- Provide customer service to walk-in and e-mail inquiries
- Repair machines and replace parts including motors, servo drives, sensors, and tool changer assemblies.
