• Assigns personnel to shifts and plans daily schedules
• Coordinates the use of rescue personnel and equipment among districts in order to meet project objectives and achieve maximum efficiency and utilization of company resources
• Supervises the rigging and use of all technical rescue equipment
• Performs on-going monitoring of equipment resources and ensures accurate inventory and documentation of all rescue related equipment
• Identifies equipment needs and makes recommendations to appropriate managers to ensure adequate operational capacity
• Establishes maintenance schedules and that preventative maintenance is done on all rescue equipment so that it is in a constant state of readiness
• Assists with purchase requests
• Provides leadership in achieving health and safety goals
• Proactively identifies safety and environmental issues and ensures compliance with Federal, State, Company and client standards
• Ensures that issues are identified, addressed, and elevated if necessary, in a timely manner
• Oversees the human resource functions of assigned team, performance appraisals, coaching and counseling team
• Ensures that all personnel receive safety and process training
• Coaches and counsels team to improve technical skills and interpersonal and problem resolution skills
• Works to identify and provide opportunities for team to learn new skills and techniques
• Reviews Confined Space Rescue Preplan and a Rescue Safety Analysis (RSA) prepared by Rescue Tech and provides correction and additional training as necessary
• Reviews daily ICS (Incident Command System) reports
• In case of accident, maintains close contact with rescue team to ensure that all procedures are followed and best outcome for patient
• Coordinates technical rescue with EMS and governmental agencies through the Incident Command System
• Assists with special projects as assigned
• May occasionally be called upon to fill in or help handle excess rescue workload demands.

• Performs maintenance, repair, cleaning and sensor change-outs on various types of equipment which may include fixed and portable gas monitoring systems, emergency lighting and air movement / ventilation equipment
• Returns monitoring equipment to active status within established time frame
• Performs routine calibration procedures on portable and fixed gas monitors
• Service and repair hand-held and confined space radio communications equipment
• Completes all documentation associated with service in a timely and accurate manner and obtains signature from customer if necessary so that proper invoicing and documentation can be provided to customer
• This includes all inspection and repair documents, job cost billable expenses and time sheets
• Performs receipt, inspection, cleaning, servicing, reassembling and testing of various SCBA (Self Contained Breathing Apparatus) and other respiratory equipment and breathing air equipment in accordance with approved testing and service procedures
• Performs routine inspection and maintenance of breathing air regulators and reducers and high and low pressure breathing air manifolds
• Conducts detailed visual inspections and system functional tests of various systems and equipment for the purpose of reporting any deficiencies and corrective action recommendations to customer
• Assesses the repair needed and to quote the customer price and delivery for repair or replacement
• Completes all documentation and data entry associated with inspection and repair in a timely and accurate manner and obtains signature from customer so that proper invoicing and documentation can be provided to customer
• This includes all inspection and repair documents, job cost billable expenses and time sheets
• Trains less experienced technicians and customers in use and care of assigned equipment
• Assists others in facility including stocking shelves with clean, tested and ready to use equipment and pulling, staging and loading customer orders onto trucks for delivery
• Maintains work area and other areas in a clean and orderly condition
• Performs additional duties after training
• Performs basic maintenance and care of assigned vehicle and/or trailer.

• Provide fit testing for unit
• Track recertification scheduling
• Maintain records and assist RPPM in proper filing of necessary documentation
• Assist leadership in the writing of unit SOPs
• Lead unit level training in various technical rescue disciplines
• Create an expendable commodities spreadsheet to track estimated fuel, water, PPE, and tool usage during USAR operations
• OC/T Guardian Response 2021 - Assist Contractor SMEs with the assessing of oncoming units. Specifically, I was assigned to follow 5MR/Recon teams to ensure they were properly assessing IDLH hazards in accordance to mission guidelines/TTPs.

• Interior Electrician (12R) - Installation and maintenance of electrical systems. Installing basic electrical hardware such as circuit breakers, service panels, and switches. Duties also include the testing, inspecting and repairing of various military interior electrical systems, to include generators.

• Equipment Operator (12N) - Operate heavy construction equipment like bulldozers, tractors, backhoes, cranes, excavators, and road graders to help pave the way for fellow Soldiers and to make room for construction projects. Assist Army engineers to analyze construction site needs and transport heavy construction equipment from one site to another.

• Team Leader - Work with the squad leader to accomplish squad objectives. Maintain accountability of all equipment and property within the team. Trains team on individual and collective tasks.
