Mr. Michaud came to W.E. Bowers as a helper in 1999 immediately after graduating from high school. He joined the Local #602 Steamfitters Apprenticeship School in 1999 and graduated in 2004 with a record of perfect attendance. He was a journeyman from 2004 to 2007. Mr. Michaud became a foreman in 2007 and continued in that role until 2021. In 2021 Mr. Michaud accepted a position as a superintendent for the Tenant Division at W.E. Bowers. As a superintendent, Mr. Michaud has excellent project oversight, team management and blueprint interpretation skills coupled with more than 25 years of experience and achieves project milestones and adheres to deadlines and quality standards.
