Routinely required to gather information, write notifications, and produce summaries, and briefings that contextualize current intelligence. Strong attention to detail, ability think critically, write and edit. Experienced at writing notifications from unclassified to highly-classified.
• Communication, Outreach, & Coordination: Strong communication skills necessary to conduct outreach and coordination with internal and external offices, watch floors, and organization as part of routine information-sharing/-gathering, situational awareness, product coordination, and relationship-building. Conducts interagency and international coordination by contacting foreign liaison, partner agencies, and interagency field offices. Briefs senior customers on CT events and reporting. Serves as the primary liaison between NCTC and FBI CT Watch ensuring information sharing.
• Team Oriented/Able to Work Independently: Accustomed to working in a mission-critical, time-sensitive, and team-oriented environment, with the ability to work effectively as an individual to accomplish mission. Always willing to learn new roles, tools, and respond to mission changes and needs. Routinely volunteer to assist other teams, and volunteered to train new Operation Officers as Intelligence Techs responsible for building the electronic briefing tablets using the daily NCTC senior leadership briefings.

• Received hands-on training and worked side-by-side with various FBI employees over the course 2 college semesters, at the Critical Incident Response Group (CIRG) Behavioral Analysis Unit 1 providing Investigative & Operations Support working with counterterrorism, arson and bombing matters in and outside CONUS. CIRG’s primary responsibility is to integrate tactical, negotiations, behavioral analysis, and crisis management resources into one cohesive structure to facilitate the FBI’s rapid response to critical incidents.
• Provided support in various case scenarios provided by multiple FBI Intel analyst.
• Attended and participated in video teleconference meetings comprised of leadership of various FBI branches in support of mission readiness.
• Researched in open source channels to provide analytical support for various cases and wrote behavioral analysis.
