In my curtain leadership position with Metro Power I am finishing up a data center project for DC Blox. DC Blox provides space for over flow for Meta and other providers. On this project I have been over and managed everything from Medium Voltage to Low Voltage Fire Alarm. While managing 25+ personnel on-site, I have always over come any obstacles that was given to my team. Listed below are more bulletins in why I am successful and able to lead any task at hand.
While I was with Faith I worked on and lead different types of projects from Field Service Representative with Schneider Electric, EMS upgrades, to Mission-Critical projects for Meta and Google. During my time with Faith my leadership skills got enhance through training programs and through years of working on Mission Critical Projects. I was involved in Mission Critical Projects for over 4 years while being with Faith. At Google I was lead for the 125 VDC System install, many main cable bus and tray installations, gear sets and start-ups. After Google I was needed at a META Project in Huntsville, AL. While at Meta I was Foreman for underground many times have more than 30+ personnel on my crew and working many different areas at a time. After the building got up I moved inside and was Foreman for Overhead Distribution Install. I worked myself into an QA/QC Foreman position till the end of the project. In this position I worked with the clint to ensure the Equipment was good for start up and lining my team out to do so. Also worked through 3rd party inspections and having my team assist them with very high expectations of site specs. After META I was a FSR Lead assisting Schneider for over a year going to different projects in the Southeast region. Also going through their training program in Dallas, Texas for 3 weeks. As a FSR lead I preformed multiple duties from Equipment start-ups, Secondary Injection, Insulation Resistance Testing, Continuity Testing, TTR Testing and Hot Pot Testing.
