- I currently help remotely maintain network hardware and software and monitor network to support network availability to end users across all 38 campuses.
- Responsibilities include the core network infrastructure as well as WiFi, badging system, printing, cameras, etc.
- I perform day-to-day LAN and WAN administration, maintenance, and support. This included frequent after hours maintenance.

- Responsible for establishing and maintaining infrastructure communications between each remote location as more offices were opened.
- I managed an initiative to revamp our retail location IT infrastructure from the ground up.
- I was responsible for evaluating and identifying what our IT needs were in our retail locations and vetting a number of MSPs to determine the best fit for our needs.
