  • Trained and certified by ADEM to report sanitary sewer overflows within Jefferson County. Help train and review regulatory reports of over 20 different supervisors.
  • Work with Risk Management and cleaning contractors to address and remediate home backups within Jefferson County. Document and call the emergency cleaning contractor. After backup complete report and provide recommendations to risk management. Also becomes the point of contact for homeowner until claim is filed with risk management.
  • Limited knowledge of pump station monitoring with mission software. I have a greater experience with flow monitor data using Prism software which is a comparable software on the gravity side of the collection system. Both programs use telemetry data of flow rates to determine problems.
  • With 22 years of experience within Jefferson County Sewer Collection system I have had to troubleshoot and repair small wastewater pumps. These mainly include bypass pumps. Also assisted pump station personnel on repairs to pump stations and force main breaks.
  • On a monthly basis I design and lead the admin safety meeting. Also making sure the department follows all safety protocols and filling accidents reports if needed.
  • Collaborated with engineers on sewer infrastructure projects, providing valuable insights from hands-on experience.
  • Analyzed system performance data to identify areas for process improvement. Using DSS tool and preventive cleaning findings to best position field crews.
