• Youth & Government, 09/01/19, 04/01/21, As a participant in the prestigious YMCA Youth and Government program, I gained firsthand experience in the workings of American government at local, state, national, and international levels. This program provided a unique platform for high school students like myself to engage in civic activities and understand the intricacies of governmental operations. My involvement enhanced my knowledge of the U.S. governmental system and fostered the development of strong leadership and networking skills, as I built meaningful connections with peers who shared similar interests.

• DECA, 09/01/21, 06/01/23, Former member of DECA. DECA is an organization which grants high school students with experience in marketing, finance, hospitality, and management. The program offered young entrepreneurs like myself educative learning as well as hands-on work within the field.

• Heal the Bay Foundation, 08/01/19, Present, Heal the Bay is an organization based on the desire to keep Los Angeles's coast clean. This is achieved through the means of communal volunteer effort, education, and public advocacy. I am an active member and I participate in beach cleanups where I removed waste from coastal sand and discarded it properly. I also engage fellow organization members by adding competitive elements like challenges and incentives to increase overall productivity.

• Link Crew, 09/01/21, 06/01/23, Link Crew is a high school transition program which aids the process of creating a safe and supporting community throughout high school. I became a head leader of Link Crew program and my responsibilities included mentoring and guiding incoming students, organizing welcoming activities, and fostering a supportive and inclusive school environment. This role further developed my skillset with leadership, communication, and organizational skills, whilst creating lasting connections and positively impacting the school community.

• Big Sunday Community Service Work, 02/01/21, Present, Volunteer for an organization which manages service projects like campus beautification, material collections, food and book drives, and school supply drives. The organization unifies people of all differences in serving a common purpose to help the less fortunate.

• Principal's Honor Roll (4X), 06/01/23, Students who earn a GPA of 3.75 - 4.00 qualify for Principal's Honor Roll, in which they are awarded directly from the principal of their school. My determination and discipline towards my education earned me this honor every year throughout high school (final year ending in June 2023).

• California Scholarship Foundation Seal-bearer (4X), 06/01/21, I am recognized for my outstanding academic achievement accomplished through perseverance in my classes. I received the seal-bearer award following six semesters of high school. To qualify in a semester, students must have a total of ten "points" in their final academic grades for the semester, with A's equaling 3 points, B's 1 point, and up to two Honors or AP classes per semester equaling 1 additional point each.
