I work as a ULA for a Physics 1 class, or p-cubed. During class periods, I supervise different groups of 4 or 5 students working on complex problems. I help the students understand how to solve a problem if they become stuck or confused, and I also help the students with their group dynamic, ensuring the students work as a group and not just individually. I also help students with homework for an hour each week.
