Manages several areas of Appendix 21. Establishes and manages several Facilities Operations and Maintenance Equipment (FOMA) state service contracts via cooperative agreement. Supervises 18 state and 3 military employees. Manages 375 pieces of Real Property. Oversees the sustainment, restoration and modernization of Real Property (SRM). Manages several shop and base level programs and the state FOMA, state fuel, SRM and Base Operating Cost (BOC) Government Purchase Cards, overseeing the execution of several hundred thousand dollars annually. Successfully managed and led the Electrical Power Production. Supervised three personnel, managing $3 million worth of equipment, three facilities and 15 duty programs. Organized and executed several contracts cumulatively valued at $500K.

Expert technician who Installs, maintains, troubleshoots, repairs and certifies aircraft arresting systems, leading and performing 26,300+ inspections and maintenance items annually. Regularly maintains mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic technology. Lead instructor for aircraft arresting system operations and maintenance procedures. Supported the MI-Latvian State Partnership Program. Certified Latvian arresting systems strengthening the program, adding divert capability to country and allowed the Baltic Policing Mission to ensue and completed Staff Assisted Visits. Directly supported two historic highway landings where tactical aircraft landed, refueled, rearmed and took off from two major U.S. highways strengthening the ACE.

Installed, maintained, troubleshot and repaired 28 generators and various electrical equipment and systems totaling 1665 Kilowatts. Installed Alaskan SSS Shelter systems, Environmental Control Units and power grids to support JTAC operations and hundreds of annual sorties. Networks and secures teams of personnel around the nation to support the ACRTC for various functions.

Maintained lift stations, exhaust fans and motors. Calibrated air quality sensors. Trained in use of a variety of hand tools, power tools, specialized tooling, special testing equipment, multimeters, oil viscosity tests, coolant testing strips, refractometers, infrared temperature gauge, tachometers, scales, feeler gauges.

Selected to serve as a U.S. ambassador representing Country and State, carrying the state of MI flag in the Latvian Centenary Parade spanning 100,000 spectators, 22 nations and 1,700 military members.

Served as an Airfield Snow Removal Team Lead, Unit Victim’s Advocate, Unit Safety Representative, Physical Training Leader, Base Honor Guard, Base Color Guard, Head Quarters Self-Assessment Program Manager, a role on the Enlisted Force Development Council. Key support role to vising unit personnel over various exercises and airshows.

Led the Electrical Power Production Shop through COVID-19 Pandemic deploying generators, power grid assets and shelter to various locations in MI.

Electrical Power Production Day Shift Lead

Deployed in Lieu of Operation Sentinel Freedom. Key member assigned as Day Shift Lead. Acting NCOIC for 14 days in absence of shop NCOIC. Led 17 Airmen. Installed, troubleshot, repaired, maintained 102 generators. Provided uninterrupted power to 573 facilities 24/7. Assisted Aircraft Arresting System Shop with maintaining 6 Mobile Aircraft Arresting Systems.

Led a small team to repair a generator fuel supply issue on an aircraft ramp that restored power to an aircraft ramp allowing 281 sorties to ensue.

Installed twelve light carts at eight Patriot Missile sites strengthening Air Defense shields to $284 Million dollars' worth of base facilities

Innovated and fabricated light systems for U2 aircraft wings. System supported safety of $300 Million aircraft spanning 135 Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance sorties and 20,000 ISR photographs.

Led installation of 19 generators, providing 1.9 Mega Watts of Power to 14 installation facilities.

Managed shop level safety program.
