MAB - Best Investigative Story Market IV
I won the 2023 Michigan Broadcast Award for my work on a two part series called TV6 Investigates: Homelessness. I analyzed point in time count data available from the State of Michigan to see what trends were taking place in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. I then paired that with interviews from homelessness service providers, local government officials and local police to see how communities in the U.P. were finding solutions.
