Facilitate services with high-conflict and domestic violence families in a role where conflict management, intervention, communication, and documentation are key skills. Coordinate program service delivery, scheduling, staff training, and day-to-day operations. Oversee all documentation and client recordkeeping, and communicate with court representatives, referral sources, and other community partners while maintaining strict client confidentiality. Work directly with children and high-conflict parents in strict but a trauma-informed space to supervise parenting time in a safe environment.
Worked directly with a diverse population of runaway and homeless youth between the ages of 13-19 in a harm-reduction focused facility. Coordinated with youth, case manager and counselor to promote positive outcomes and safe transition into independent living and stable housing when family reunification can no longer be achieved. Engaged in goal-setting, development of daily living skills, and crisis intervention for youth in the basic care and transitional living programs within the shelter. Facilitated and maintained documentation of shelter activities, transportation needs for youth, monitoring for safety, dispensing of medication, and adherence to facility policies and procedures.
