These resources looked like support with applying for utility assistance, rental assistance, access to child care and supplies, access to English Classes, transportation services, civic engagement, health and wellness.

Built, connected and maintained partnerships and networks with relevant services providers, community and religious organizations, business and educational institutions.

Designed and coordinated logistics for on-site community building events for residents that were culturally competent and accessible for all residents.

Responsible for resource information research and compilation in preparation for office hours, program events, resident referral inquiries, and to share with staff.

Assist residents in Health Service Coordination through acquisition of health care, accessing health or wellness entitlements such as Medical or Medical as well as other local or state subsidy supports including housing vouchers.
