5 cases every week, Individual counseling, Couple and Family counseling and therapy. Once a week, receiving supervision from professors.

And I worked as a teaching assistant for Practicum classes(this semester)

• Liaised with interns to discuss issues and solve problems.
• Developed strong relationships with partnering organizations to secure high-quality internship placements for program participants.
• Implemented variety of teaching methods during training sessions to accommodate different learning styles among interns.
• Coordinated logistics such as scheduling, transportation arrangements, equipment needs during off-site training experiences.
• Assessed progress and provided feedback to intern and team members.
• Completed evaluations and reports in email, google docs, google sheets, populi program of school for review and recommendation.

• Oversaw 15 students in classroom via zoom with checking attendance, making small meeting room and supporting professor.
• Monitor class schedule , check assignments and report individual progress to professor.
• Maintained safety and security by overseeing students in class environments.
• Attended training classes, parent conferences and faculty meetings to stay up-to-date on student progress.
• Helped with communicating between professor and students via KaKao Talks Room.
• Supported student learning objectives through personalized and small group assistance.

• Maintained clean, neat, and operational facilities to serve program needs twice week.
• Supported engaging, fun, and smooth-running events by helping with organization and planning.
• Used strong interpersonal communication skills to convey information to others.
• Assisted with special events and programs .(e.g. children's summer program, senior program every Saturday, Korean School every Sunday, Retreat and Picnic Events several times)
