As a closing expert at Target, I am responsible for ensuring the store is prepared for the following day. I ensure that the store stocked appropriately and clear of customers before final closing. My responsibilities also include ensuring the store is efficiently organized for the next day, and helping customers with any questions they may have. I am also a trainer for incoming employees at Target. I consistently go above what is expected, raising our store's stock percentage and efficiency.
