As an employee for Diamond Point Catering at Steel Dynamics Inc., I greet the customers into the cafeteria, assist them with their orders. I run the register. I provide excellent customer service and treat my customers with respect. I maintain a positive attitude no matter the situation.

As a Team Leader for Dairy Queen, I assisted in managing certain areas of the restaurant and provided work direction to Team Members. I ensured that the restaurant was organized and adequately staffed. I also assisted management with training and coaching new Team Members.

I provided prompt and courteous service while maintaining a positive, safe and clean work environment for customers and my coworkers. I also performed other duties as assigned by my Team Leader.
