I mentor and facilitate Arbinger's Outward Mindset program to a total of 150 peers in our organization. The goal through this whole movement thru our Organization was to have the workforce learn how to adapt to an "Outward" Mindset. In a nut shell, this means, Treating people as people, and not seeing them as Objects, or vehicles. Taking the approach to look within and change yourself. Get yourself out of "the box".
