This is the student run restaurant on my campus
- Spent a total of two weeks learning and running every station on a line and in the front of house (Saute, Grill, Flat Top, Center, Expediter, Cashier, Server)
- Spent another 8 weeks exclusively coming up with, tasting, and prepping 3 different entrees and sides every single day as the menu at 72Fifty is entirely different each day
- I worked with a different person every week which has improved my cooperation and communication skills with other people on the line
