My senior year we won the Class B 9-man state football championship. I played Wide Receiver and Middle Linebacker. I was eventually awarded 1st Team All-State, All Region, and was 1 of the 4 Captains on the team. The most important traits of that team were grit, communication, and teamwork. I was a multi-sport athlete throughout the entirety of my career. Oftentimes, the team would go out and do volunteer work, such as cleaning lawns, planting trees, or pulling weeds. Our football team was able to win a state championship my senior year, proving we could do great work on and off the field.
