  • This is to inform you that Frontline Dads Inc. is excited to extend an offer of employment to you as a School Safe Path Monitor. CONGRATULATIONS! We believe that you will make an excellent addition to our team.
  • As a School Safe Path Monitor, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive atmosphere at your assigned school where you will be expected to greet students, act as a liaison to the staff, parents, community members, business owners, and serve as a “Community Ambassador” who is responsible for creating a positive, nurturing environment in which the students can thrive and feel safe; serve as the eyes and ears on the perimeter of the school maintaining direct contact with the Principal, School Climate Managers, support staff, and school security; and providing the students a positive presence from a supportive, trusted adult.
  • The School Safe Path Monitor position is part-time (20 hours per week). Your compensation will be $16.25/hour. Your start date will be Monday, August 26, 2024. You will be required to report to 2233 N. Broad St., @ 10am on Monday. You will receive your school assignment, vests, walkies and other pertinent information. Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing appropriate for the weather. You will report directly to Reuben Jones, MHS, Executive Director. You are required to provide documents verifying your legal eligibility to work in the United States (I9). Please note that failure to provide the proper documentation (photo ID, social security card) within the first three (3) days of your start date will affect your continued employment. Additionally, you must provide a copy of your up-to-date clearances (1.) child abuse background, 2.) criminal background check, and 3.) federal fingerprint background check). These clearances are mandatory and non-negotiable. Although you have been officially offered the position, you will not be able to work in the school until you have provided ALL of the required documents. Failure to do so will result in the offer of employment being rescinded. If you have not obtained all of your clearances yet, please bring what you have on Monday so we can at least get you started and set up for payroll. Also, please be on the lookout for an email from “GUSTO”, our payroll services provider. You will be required to set up a profile where you will put in your bank information in order to get paid.
