Trained new kitchen staff in cooking tips for the food. I specialize in boil food(shrimp, crab, potatoes, corn, sausage, and etc.) and crawfish but can fry if needed. I also would clean the kitchen each night and throughout the shift to maintain clean environment.

I helped out around the shop by cleaning organizing tools. I also helped out on job calls hooking up and towing trucks and other vehicles. I assisted with the transportation of the vehicles to a shops or where the costumers wanted us to take it. I dealt with costumers about their vehicles and directions to the call. I also washed the trucks after every call and storm we had. Other duties included dealing with the money fro the calls a bit. It is important for a place of business to look professional so i helped with cleaning up the landscape around the property by mowing, trimming limbs, and picking up trash.
