At Village Place Health and Rehabilitation Center, I assist residents with daily activities like personal hygiene, toileting, feeding, and mobility. I regularly monitor vital signs and chart any changes in residents’ conditions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation. I work closely with the healthcare team to communicate important information and support the development of personalized care plans. My main focus is to provide a safe and respectful environment where residents feel well cared for and supported.

At McKay Shared Living Services, I provided hands-on care to individuals with intellectual disabilities, helping with daily tasks like personal hygiene, feeding, medication management, and much more. I closely monitored the health of the patients, charting changes and documenting care accurately to ensure proper communication with the healthcare team. I worked closely with others to create care plans that were tailored to each resident’s needs and made sure they felt supported and safe. I also assisted with transportation and helped residents take part in activities and outings. My role was all about creating a comfortable, caring environment while making sure we met all the necessary health and safety standards.
