By working at a cheerleading gym involving children and parents, I have accumulated many skills where I am able to be put in a situation and resolve quick and efficiently. I have developed leadership skills as well as customer service skills. I consider myself a very personable individual who is able to stand out as an employee. I have developed discipline and responsibility to be able to use in any work environment. I am recognized as a very adaptable and versatile employee. I have helped others develop many skills and influenced to strive for any goal they are wanting to reach.
