Summary

All of my jobs I have been at I have always done customer service, and I very much so love doing so. I always try to keep a smile on my face when with customers and love engaging with them as well. I love to clean and tidy up around my work areas too, as cleaning tables was always optional for me at Chick-fil-A (but I still did it) and as well as cleaning the bathrooms at Geek Out whenever I closed the shop. I always do well when learning new things, Chick-fil-A was a bunch of learning about different ways to prepare and clean things and Geek Out taught me more about things like comics, manga, anime, board games, and other fun games so I can better help the customers to find what they're looking for. I'm always determined to learn new things as well, as I work at Geek Out there's always more to read or learn about there. Passion is a huge focus of mine and I always try to carry that out in each of my jobs, finding ways to make things easier for customers, my coworkers, and myself.

  • Help customers with all questions about all products.
  • Responsible for keeping cleanliness around shop, replacing trash, sweeping.
  • Handling the register, counting money at the beginning of the day, counting money and writing down money reports for the day.
  • Cleaning bathrooms and cleaning game floor at the end of day.
  • Giving customers binders to look at or boxes to look through for certain cards.
  • Running various events for different games.
  • Responsible for needed and passive tasks such as keeping the back counter clean, sleeving cards, keeping inventory on manga.

  • Opening and closing by setting all of the sign up sheets and play weapons out.
  • Upkeep for the inflatable obstacles in the play field.
