- Cashier = as a cashier in the botanical garden, i would pretty much handle cash or card. At the beginning and end of my shift i would count the cash and making sure it matches the report. Would set up our area with snacks and drinks along with to go food.
- Barista = I would make the beverages, I wouldn't say I have mastered the barista skills due to having an espresso machine to help us out, however I did learn the knowledge of it by knowing how to make various coffee drinks by hand.
- Host = would attend guests at the front desk, make reservations using resy, attend walk-ins always trying to accommodate them with the best of my availability. Checking in with my servers and even the kitchen making sure they are doing okay. Even when busy I would try to buss the tables myself to help the team out but I do prioritize the host desk.
- Runner = as I runner, I would of course run food but I also would polish silverware plus glasses. Would buss tables when needed as well making sure I manicure their table so it looks all clean and presentable, it's also easier for us runners when dropping off their food.
- Server = currently to be trained.

- POS = operate as cashier taking in transaction, refunds and exchange carefully to make sure no mistakes are made. Promoting our loyalty program.
- Fitting room = fold clothes, keep the room clean for next customers.
- Maintaining sales floor = making sure everything is in order, clean and make sure to recover during busy hours.
- Customer service = making sure to fulfill any concerns and questions they have. Just making sure that they have a great experience during their shopping.
- Delivery = dealing with packages such as new arrivals for the store, ect and making sure everything is out and well organized.
- Opening and closing = I would open and close by myself. Count cash weather working in the morning or closing. Making sure everything is locked. Mop and broom at the end of the day.

- Stockroom = organize and clean stockroom by sections
- Fitting room = fold clothes, keep each room clean for next customers, do go backs and always help customers with either grabbing other sizes or a change of color.
- Restocking = restocking clothes and making sure that there's each size and color that we have on the floor or just in general restocking items that we are low in.
- Maintaining sales floor = making sure everything is in order, clean and in place by sweeping the floor when slow, organizing shelves as well as cleaning them.
- Customer service = help them with what customers need, making sure they have the best experience or dealing with challenging customers. Always making sure I greet them so they know that they can come to me if they need help.
- Opening and closing procedures with my other coworkers, pretty much it consists of restocking and organizing or changing signs for the next day.
- Delivery = dealing with packages such as new arrivals for the store, ect and making sure everything is out and well organized either on the floor or in the stock room.
