•Overseeing Multiple Departments: Overseeing the day-to-day labor includes scheduling and managing the decontamination and repair services departments, ensuring that teams operate efficiently, meet quality standards, adhere to safety protocols and 1851 NFPA compliance, all in a timely manner for our first responders. Utilizing KPIs and updating SOPs as needed.

• Supply Ordering and Inventory Management: Responsible for the inventory of raw materials, components, and finished products. Order supplies from vendors based on demand forecasts and maintain adequate stock levels to minimize downtime due to stockouts. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure pricing and delivery terms.

• Handling Customer Relations and Retention: Maintaining positive relationships with customers, addressing their concerns or complaints promptly, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, retaining existing customers through excellent service delivery and building long-term relationships keeping not only first responder safe but our communities.

•Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable: Overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable. Managing the flow effectively, monitoring financial transactions, and ensuring timely payments.

•Ensuring NFPA Compliance: Ensure that all operational processes related to decontamination and repair services comply with NFPA regulations to guarantee the safety of both employees and our first responder family, our customers. NFPA testing and verification completion by myself and documented annually.

• Interviewing, Hiring, and Training: Recruiting new talent through effective interviewing processes, making hiring decisions that align with the company's needs, and providing comprehensive training programs to ensure that employees are well-equipped to perform their duties competently while also being compliant with NFPA guidelines.
