As a prestige beauty advisor I help guests have personable and excellent experiences by getting to know the guest in order to recomend products based on their wants as well as their concerns. I help guests find their perfect products by shade matching, providing demos, and answering any and all questions. As a PBA I also assit our sales manager in running brand, corporate, que the new, and store generated events. I regularly complete weekly DMT's and attend video and round robin trainings to ensure I have complete and current knowledge on new, bestselling, and soon to be released products and brands. I have assisted in running brand events for Clinique, Mac, Lancome, Tula, Fenty Beauty, as well as others.

As a beauty advisor I helped to provide customers with excellent both on the sales floor and at the cashwrap. At the cashwrap I helped finalize the guests purchase while also explaining the benefits of Ulta Beauty's Loyalty program and credit cards. I was consistantly a top performer in loyalty, data capture, and credit. I also frequently trained new hires on the registar and was able to help and assist fellow associates when managers were busy. On the Salesfloor I assisted customers in finding products they were looking for as well as restocking product throughout the store, pushing truck, and maintaining the impulse section. I also put together planagrams and maintained cleanliness and presentability throughout the store. In addition, I was also trained to perform prestige beauty advisor tasks and helped to run que the new events. One holiday season I stretched as a line manager as well.

As and Infant and toddler teacher I run a classroom and nurture, teach, and care for babies to get them ready for preschool. I help to instil essential skills and build upon the childrens developmental growth. Not only do I act a a teacher but also as a caregiver and strive to create a safe, nurturing, positive, and loving environment for the children in my class. My personal moto when it comes to education is, If they don't feel safe then they aren't going to have fun, and if they don't have fun then they are not going to learn anything.
