- Relocated from Traverse City to Bloomington to open and manage Mall of America location.
- As the General Manager of Rocket Fizz Mall of America, I was responsible for setting up franchise operations in the new location. I had to interview candidates for employment and organize the store. I managed up to four employees on a daily basis and responded to customer inquiries for various products or services. I'm very proud of my time at Rocket Fizz Mall of America, and my work to maintain exceptional store performance, keep up employee motivation and a fun atmosphere.
