  • Investigating a new design of a spool filament holder by applying finite element analysis software to outline the printing parameters, total print time, total amount of material used, and total cost of 3D printing the design.
  • In a senior design project, a laser-assisted manufacturing process using an electrospray injection system is being developed for patterning and sintering nanoparticles on rigid and flexible substrates. This manufacturing process can be implemented for a variety of energy and electronic devices such as conformal solar cells, sensors, and actuators.
