Accomplishments

  • Invested in multiple change management layouts within Outbound to improve associate safety and increase cost performance including- layout change for Cell two allowing muftis to be processed in separate Cells to improve line congestion and secondary plan in case of SEV. Changed layout in VRETS and Outbound Pack dropzones to reduce risk of PIT on PED incidents due to elevated exposure to PIT lanes in working areas.
