-Run all daily activities of a NCAA DIII Program including recruiting, player evaluations, practice planning, scouting reports, scheduling, fundraising, academic counseling, budgeting and game management.

- Led Notre Dame of MD University to 5 top 3 finishes in my 5 seasons as Head Coach including 2 regular season titles and the Colonial States Athletic Conference Championship in 2023.

- 2023 NCAA DIII Tournament Appearance.

- Two 20+ win seasons.

- Named Colonial States Athletic Conference Coach of the Year in 2022 and 2023.

- Produced 16 All Conference Players including 6 First Team All Conference players, 2 Defensive Players of the Year and 1 Freshman of the Year.

-Assisted with all daily activities of running a DIII Basketball program including recruiting, player evaluations, individual skill workouts, practice planning, scouting reports and fundraising.

-Acted as lead recruiter and liaison with High School and AAU/Travel Coaches.

-Helped run the Strength & Conditioning program.

- Lead Special Events programs such as Senior Day preparations, Fundraising for Cancer Research programs, Professor Game Day Coach, etc.

Lead State Farm Insurance Agency in Towson, MD, functioning as Independent Contractor and supervising sales agency alongside a dedicated team of sales and customer service representatives.
