Schedule and inspect properties that were occupied every 6 months. Review and contact owners with any issues found during inspections. Complete inspections upon tenant move out as well as before new move in. Coordinate with vendors to go out and get work done during turnovers. Charge tenants and mail out disposition letters and security deposit returns after turnover completed.
First started at front desk. I would help with ringing out customers. Throughout years working there I took on a few different rolls. I helped assist in ringing out prescriptions to be delivered. I also spent a lot of time ringing out and packaging prescriptions to be mailed. I spent a little bit of time learning about billing prescriptions through insurance. I filled and refilled medications. I helped to make sure the stock amount of medications was correct.
I took on a lot of different roles during work here. I took food orders, made sides, cut meat, bussed tables, prepped food, used fryer, ran food, and could take on dishwasher as well when needed.
