Structured and led over $700M in renewable energy transactions—including bilateral PPA negotiations and financial close for Azerbaijan’s first foreign-invested utility-scale solar (230 MW) and wind (240 MW) projects, and a 100 MW competitive capacity-based solar auction. As Deputy Director of the national Renewable Energy Agency, drove private sector participation in solar, wind, hydrogen, and energy storage markets. At SOCAR, contributed to gas commercialization agreements enabling $100B in long-term revenues and secured €30M in EU infrastructure grants.
