In addition, I was also in charge of having a conflict resolution role over the troupe members as the officers are intended to resolve as much as possible with as little director interference as possible. I was also required to attend any and all troupe events while maintaining my demanding rehearsal schedule, academic success, and personal life.

Theatre Movement Director (2022-2025)

In addition to acting in the productions, I interviewed for and took on the production staff role of movement director. In this I was required to collaborate with my directors on the choreographic elements of the shows frequently using my own free time to work on pieces that I would be in charge of teaching to large groups of people. This also had me constantly reworking and problem-solving as I was expected to be able to make both major and minor adjustments on the spot according to my directors requests.
