● Led a team of 7 in customer service, networking, and ensuring the comfort, satisfaction, and welfare of more than 60 customers in one week.
● Organized and managed a 15-person waitstaff, including scheduling and approving/denying time-off requests.
● Memorize the restaurant's inventory as well as the best entrée matches and make recommendations concerning clients’ feedback
● In a 120+ seat restaurant, run POS and Momo code terminals to input client orders, swipe credit cards, and enter cash amounts received.
To help the restaurant survive the COVID-19 epidemic, I Collaborated with a team of three to brainstorm and devise delivery/takeout menu alternatives
● Cooperated with a team of over 30, randomly assigned to separate stations from commercializing and building the company brand through direct marketing and advertisement, networking, and communication, resulting in a drastic increase of about 30|% in the company’s consumer records.
● Supervised data collection and distribution at Station, handed out promotion codes and identification numbers to clients to encourage and promote the company.
