Answer 911 phone lines, monitor and manage dispatch and deployment of emergency medical service units using dispatch CAD system. Receive & triage calls , maintain accurate records, provide clear communication in high stress, fast paced environment. Ensure efficient, timely and safe movement of critical resources. Provide customer service to callers and field personnel.

• Daily check of fire extinguishers
• Assist in technical rescues
• Log in and direct visitors, vendors, and contractors to appropriate location in the plant
• Guard entrance gates and control traffic in and out of plant
• Conduct on site drug and alcohol testing

• Basic patient care
• Act as liaison between nurse and patient
• Accurate precise timely documentation
• Assist with lab draws, ecgs, wound care
• Work independently under the direct supervision of RN

• Administer prescribed medication to inmates
• Ensure adherence to medical orders and facility protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor patient responses
