Assist Private Investigator with client needs. Compile and record information of subject via client conversation, on-line research, and surveillance. Create case file. Case billing to client. (Part-time, approximately 20 hours per month)

Driver's License Examiner

Greet the public in a fast paced and busy office; in person and by telephone. Disseminate quality and appropriate information to meet the needs of the individuals inquiry and delivery guidance to other paths of information that may be needed at times in a professional manner.
Verify the validity of documents such as birth certificates from all states, Passport, Visa's and other immigration documents, social security cards, identifications from other states and countries, as well as other secondary documents that can be presented as identification.
Conduct vision screening for acuity and peripheral vision utilizing the Optec 1000 vision screening machine and a Snellon chart for general licensing requirements as well as restriction changes and BMV medical retest orders.
Conduct temporary permit testing for vehicles of operator class, motorcycles, mopeds, commercial vehicles as well as Instructors, interpreter testing. Hearing impaired testing and Commercial Driver's License waivers for Farm, Fire and Military applicants.
Conduct skills testing for mopeds, operator class D for new drivers, suspended drivers, expired drivers, medically required with and without adaptive equipment, for incarcerated applicants and ignition interlock applicants as well as two and three wheel motorcycles.
Conduct general office functions such as filing, scanning, copying, shredding, monthly supply inventory and ordering, daily reports, weekly reports, monthly reports and yearly reports, record retention, office organizing, cleaning. Agency scheduling for open appointments available to the public and making appointments.
Computer experience in Genesis, Bass, CSTIMS, BMV facial verification photography, State of Ohio Email, Agency Policy and Procedures as well as Microsoft Office, Word, Power Point and Excel, My Ohio, TMS and Kronos Payroll.
