While following all standards and processes, I also work extensively with our Process Techs in Bando NCM to improve repair efficiency and properly disposition defective components with compatible replacements sourced from suppliers. Actioned Tesla MRB Powerwalls, inverters, and vendor inverter RMAs for Reno, NV, and Portland, OR. Deep-dived case work. To ensure parts, revisions, and substitutes are actioned as scheduled, order Tesla parts and third-party vendor parts. Loaded and unloaded trucks with appropriate material handling equipment. Monitored stock levels and placed orders when necessary to replenish supplies. Performed cycle counts of inventory. Delivered parts to Tesla field service techs and install team when needed.

Tasked with identifying and repairing battery packs with non-conformities through a series of functional testing. Ensuring that quality standards are upheld along every step of the repair process, utilizing root-cause analysis to track down the origin of repeating issues to stop them at the source. Working cross-functionally with the NPI team, Quality, and engineers to properly disposition each battery pack that returns from General Assembly (GA).

Pulled orders with handheld scanners. Utilized forklifts to move inventory items. Palletized orders prepared accurate shipping orders and bills of lading to direct and route materials. Staged and loaded final products on trailers for shipment.
