During my recent volunteer trip to Kenya, I had the incredible opportunity to teach at an underprivileged school, where I contributed to the education and empowerment of young minds. In the classroom, I developed engaging lesson plans, facilitated interactive learning experiences, and fostered a supportive environment that encouraged curiosity and creativity.   • Corn Tri-Chair

As a tri-chair for Meredith's College Corn Week (homecoming week), I played a pivotal role in planning and executing a memorable week filled with school spirit and community engagement Collaborating with a dedicated team, I helped coordinate a variety of activities, from a community service project, a parades and being an emcee for our corn production. My responsibilities included organizing logistics, managing budgets, and communicating with students, faculty, and local vendors to ensure everything ran smoothly. I also spearheaded marketing efforts to promote our events, utilizing social media and school announcements to generate excitement and encourage participation

  • Guardian Angel Dance Co-Chair

Organized, planned, and managed a dance for college students and their fathers/guardians Coordinated logistics, worked with volunteers, and ensured a fun, smooth experience for everyone Through this event I enhanced my leadership, communication, and teamwork skills while contributing to a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all participants.
