Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.

Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or performing services for customers.

Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods.

Inventory stock and reorder when inventory drops to a specified level.

Perform work activities of subordinates, such as cleaning, organizing shelves and displays, and selling merchandise.

• Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and efficient check-in process.
• Verifying patient insurance, and ensuring accurate data billing.
• Scheduling patient appointments and notifying physical therapists regarding their schedules.
• Answer direct phone calls, addressing patient inquiries.
• Support for all staff, and manage daily office operations.
• Working with EPIC hospital systems for inputting data, scheduling, and notes.

Service, clean, or supply restrooms.

Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.

Gather and empty the trash.

Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.

Requisition supplies or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
