• Ensured taxpayers have submitted all documents needed to prepare their tax returns and met qualifications for free tax assistance.
• Performed an initial screening for eligibility and assisted with required intake documents. Reviewed outcomes with the taxpayers, provided taxpayers with copies of their completed returns, and ensured all questions were answered.
