• Prosecuted crimes involving capital sexual battery, child sexual abuse, and child endangerment.
• Worked closely with victims of sexual abuse.
• Evaluated incoming cases for filing decisions, determining appropriate charges based on available evidence.
• Maintained up-to-date knowledge of legal developments, ensuring accurate application of laws during prosecution efforts.

Felony Trial Division- January 2021-July 2022

• Prosecuted a variety of crimes to include drug possession, firearm charges, robbery, and attempted murder.

Domestic Violence Unit- June 2019-January 2021

• Prosecuted misdemeanor crimes involving domestic violence and injunctions.
• Attended injunction hearings.
• Worked closely with victims of domestic violence.
• Participated in community outreach programs dealing with domestic violence.
• Lead trial attorney from January 2020-January 2021

County Court Division- September 2018-June 2019

• Prosecuted misdemeanor crimes to include Driving Under the Influence.
• Attended seminars and trainings involving driving under the influence.
• Prepared and filed pleadings, motions, and other legal documents in court proceedings.

Juvenile Division-August 2017-September 2018

• Prosecuted crimes involving juveniles that ranged from misdemeanors to felonies.
• Learned rules of procedure specific to juvenile cases.
• Involved in in the juvenile commitment process and attending multi agency meetings to assess the risk to juveniles.
