COVID case intake and de-deduplication. Entered COVID hospitalizations (admission and discharge, ICU admission and discharge, and deaths.) RSV hospitalizations. Out of state case clean-up.

Data entry of vaccine orders from MnVFC providers. Daily problem solving, by phone, regarding MnVFC provider's orders. Orders were filled using MIIC. Processed bulk orders by working with finance office and then sending the bulk order through CDC.

Collected patient-specific demographic and clinical information from clinicians and Public Health Nurses. Completed intake reports for patients with latent TB infection who have been prescribed treatment with medications to be provided by MDH. Reviewed requests for LTBI medications consistent with possible active TB disease and then refer such patients to the MDH TB Nurse Case Managers for follow-up. Transmitted patient-specific and bulk medications to the contracted pharmacy on a daily basis. Served as the primary liasion between the MDH TB Program and contracted pharmacy.

Reviewed daily, HIV laboratory reports to identify unreported HIV cases. Contacted clinicians by phone for follow-up information to complete case reports. Conducted monthly active surveillance activities at designated active surveillance sites. Developed and maintained working relationships with Infection Control Practitioners at active surveillance sites to provide consultation, guidance, and successful follow-up of persons infected with HIV. Organized and maintained HIV/AIDS surveillance records system.
