Currently, my husband and I are self employed. We own a welding, fabrication, hydraulic repair business; E Metal Works, Inc. Our shop is located in Winter Haven and the office is in our home. I process our monthly tax reports as well as billing invoices to our customers who are Net30 etc. I currently use an older version of QuickBooks. I also coordinate any equipment rental, order supplies and materials for jobs.

I've had 16 years experiences in the Insurance Industry in Health and Auto. Prior to this I had experience in the medical field as well as banking. I have excellent customer service skills. My work ethics allows me to work with little to no supervision. I am an analytical thinker who works well with others. I am prompt and courteous.

My duties included, learning and understanding policy procedures, guidelines, coverages, benefits and how to apply all of this to the appropriate policy. Use of fax machine, computer, multiline phone system, calculator, experience with Microsoft Word and some Excel experience. Providding quality customer service to internal as well as external customers. Training new employees in the unit on plicies and procedures. Adhereing to the Department of Insurance guidelines. I have 12 years Health Insurance experience as well as 3 years Auto underwriting
