- This program was designed to be a marketing tool for new residential home builders during uncertain periods of job security and unemployment
- MAP provided six months of mortgage payments protection for the new homebuyer
- Developed and implemented Comp Secure, a national program designed to provide worker compensation coverage for condo associations, homeowners associations, other associations, and light janitorial / maintenance exposures
- The program was an agency owned captive, “rent-a-captive,” domiciled in Bermuda
- Cory worked as the MGA administering, marketing, underwriting, reinsurance, loss control, and claims management
- The program as very profitable experiencing a 5-year combined loss ratio of less than 35%
- Created a regional program for private schools working with the Independent School Association of the Central States (ISACS)
- The program provided property /casualty and benefits for the member schools
- The program grew to 52 schools in the Midwest
