  • At AppHarvest I was a specialist in my field, harvesting between 10 to 15 carts daily
  • I hold the record at 23 carts in one day
  • I have also trained as a runner gathering carts and sending trains to the pack house
  • Certified forklift
  • One of the most fulfilling jobs so far, is training new hires to harvest and work with them side by side, showing them tips to double what they think they can harvest, seeing the pride in their face is priceless
  • I have worked through two tear outs
  • Demanding work and very hot but it’s a feeling of accomplishment that sticks with you and knowing that you and the coworkers around you will make a huge difference in many people’s lives here in the Appalachian area and beyond
  • AppHarvest is truly the most amazing company that I have worked for not only the people that are like family but the new opportunities that a person has on a day to day is mind blowing
